We will be making Bistecca Gorgonzola: Grilled beef medallions served over fettuccine with a creamy mushroom gorgonzola sauce.

Class begins upon your arrival with light, finger-food style appetizers.
*Each participant will receive a printed booklet with the day’s recipes.
*Refreshments throughout the class keep you fresh, hydrated and ready to go.
*Everyone takes a turn at the stove creating their own culinary masterpiece under the watchful, experienced eye of Chef Paul Raftis.
*When the cooking is completed, we sit and enjoy the fruits of our labors.
