Class begins upon your arrival with light, finger-food style appetizers.

*Each participant will receive a printed booklet with the day’s recipes.

*Refreshments throughout the class keep you fresh, hydrated and ready to go.

*Everyone takes a turn at the stove creating their own culinary masterpiece under the watchful, experienced eye of Chef Paul Raftis.

*When the cooking is completed, we sit and enjoy the fruits of our labors.

Paolo's Italian Restaurant opened its doors on October 1st, 1990; and this year, we're celebrating our 27th anniversary — thanks to all of you. We want you to know how much we value your loyal patronage.
